To conservatives who feel McCain doesn’t deserve your vote, I agree with you completely. John McCain doesn’t deserve the vote of a single self-respecting conservative voter.

But Bob Barr does. If you are blinded by loyalties to the Republican Party, then you’ll probably find the idea of voting for a Libertarian Presidential candidate offensive. But if you became a Republican because of your ideas and beliefs in smaller government and the right to life, if you believe in border security and not granting amnesty to people who intentionally broke our laws, then Bob Barr deserves your support and your true conservative vote come Election Day in November.

We may not agree with Barr on all the issues, but on the really important ones, he’s our candidate and even if he doesn’t win, a strong showing will force the Republican Party back to its conservative roots. Something a vote for McCain could never accomplish.
